Things I’ve done

In 2019, I did my first-ever bike-packing trip … through Slocan Valley, up to New Denver and Nakusp, and back through the valley

I summited Highwood Pass ... twice … in one ride (113km, 1700m elevation)

I rode the Bow Valley Parkway for a free t-shirt and a pint of beer (125km, 985m elevation)

I rode the KVR from Myra Canyon to Penticton in 2023 (and 2019)

I rode river-valley singletrack trails in Edmonton and broke my saddle, but I got better with practice

In 2021, I did a “Cranksgiving” ride from Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan and back

The next summer, I did a LONGER version of the ride to Fort Saskatchewan … in the rain

In summer 2021, I spent 9 weeks learning to run 5K

I ran my first-ever 5K in the snow in Edmonton

In spring 2022, I (finally) ran a 5K in under 30 minutes

My fastest 5K

I produced/played on a love song trilogy and some guitar tracks with RUB (Royal Unruh Band)

I did an over-the-top radio interview about the Hockey Night in Canada theme song I submitted for a national competition.
